Охарактеризовать действие и особенности договорных отношений, связанных с рисками непредвиденных обстоятельств, проанализировать особенности развития института обязательств в период пандемии 2020 г.</p></sec><sec><title>Процедура и методы</title><p>Процедура и методы. Рассмотрены изменения французского гражданского законодательства, касающиеся исполнения договорных обязательств, и ограничительные меры, которые стали основанием для невыполнения договорных обязательств. Раскрыты проблемы обязательственных правоотношений, вызванные непредвиденными обстоятельствами и возникающие во Франции в связи с распространением короновирусной инфекции. В работе использовались методы: анализа и синтеза, юридической компаративистики, сравнительный и логико-юридический.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Автором сделан вывод, что последствия, вызванные пандемией 2020 г., могут быть признаны в качестве основания освобождения от ответственности стороны договора за его невыполнение, отмечена важность применения в таких ситуациях принципов гражданского права.</p><p>Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Результаты исследования вносят теоретический вклад в развитие института договорных обязательств.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Describe the effect and characteristics of contractual relations related to the risks of contingencies, analyze the features of the development of the institution of obligations during the pandemic 2020.</p><p>Methodology Changes in French civil law relating to the performance of contractual obligations and restrictive measures that led to non-compliance were analyzed. Problems of binding legal relations caused by unforeseen circumstances and arising in France in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection are disclosed. The work used the following methods: analysis and synthesis, legal comparativistics, comparative and logical-legal.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The author concluded that the consequences caused by the 2020 pandemic can be recognized as the basis for exemption from the responsibility of the party to the treaty for its non-compliance; the importance of applying the principles of civil law in such situations was noted.</p></sec><sec><title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications.
