Рассмотрен состав такого преступления, как совершаемое на национальном уровне «отмывание» доходов, полученных преступным путём, в законодательстве США. Раскрывается содержание основных элементов состава такого преступления, в том числе понятия «финансовой сделки», используемой в законодательстве США, а также четыре вида умысла, наличие одного из которых необходимо для инкриминирования подобного преступления.

The paper considers the composition of such as an offence as nationwide money laundering in the USA. The author reveals the contents of the basic elements of the specified crime, which includes the definition of “financial transaction” used in the US legislation as well as four types of intent, one of which is indispensable for incriminating money laundering.
