лищного кредитования как разновидности залога по кредитному договору или до-
говору займа. Автор подробно описывает правовые основы ипотеки с подробной ха-
рактеристикой прав залогодержателя на имущество посредством договоров, которые
заключают субъекты ипотечного жилищного кредитования - договора кредитования,
договора ипотеки и договора купли-продажи жилого помещения, договора об ин-
вестировании строительства и др. Особо выделен предмет ипотеки - исключитель-
но объекты недвижимости, зарегистрированные в Едином государственном реестре
прав на недвижимое имущество и сделок с ним.
This article discusses the problem of providing housing credit as a kind of
collateral for the loan agreement or loan contract. The author describes in detail the legal
framework for mortgages with a detailed description of the property rights of the mortgagee,
through treaties, which entered into subjects mortgage lending - lending agreement,
the mortgage contract and the contract of sale of residential premises, the contract for construction
and other investment highlighted the subject of the mortgage - only the objects
