Статья посвящена исследованию наиболее важных вопросов, возника- ющих при производстве следственных действий по уголовным делам о преступлениях против экономической безопасности. Дана характеристика особенностям производства таких следственных действий, как допрос, очная ставка, осмотр, судебная экспертиза. Особое внимание уделено проблеме использования специальных экономических зна- ний.
Article is devoted to research of the most important questions arising by manufacture of investigatory actions on criminal cases about crimes against economic safety. The characteristic is given to features of manufacture of such investigatory actions, as interrogation, a confrontation, survey, expert testimony in court. The special attention is given to a problem of use of special economic knowledge.
