Оглашение обвинения вызвало шум в суданских и арабских средствах массовой информации. Первые лица суданского правительства ре- шительно осудили МУС и его прокурора, считая, что эти обвинения ухудшат ситуацию в Дарфуре. Подобную позицию заняли также лидеры суданской оппозиции и общественные организации. В данной статье отражена реакция Лиги арабских государств, Африканского союза, европейских стран и России на сложившуюся ситуацию.
The announcement of the indictment caused uproar in the Sudanese and Arab media. Senior Sudanese government officials harshly condemned the ICC and its prosecutor threatening that the indictments would worsen the situation in Darfur. Sudanese opposition leaders and popular organizations took a similar position. This article reflects the response of the Arab League, African Union, European countries and Russian Federation to the recent developments.
