В статье, на основе анализа многочисленных академических и иных источников, а также сложившейся в процессе европейской ин- теграции практики взаимоотношений Европейского союза с государствами - его членами, рассматри- ваются вопросы соотношения правовой системы Евросоюза с правовыми системами государств - его членов. Отмечаются пути и формы влияния общеевропейского права на национальное. Ука- зывается на расширение сферы регулятивного воздействия права Европейского союза на обще- ственные отношения, а также на увеличение числа нормативных правовых актов наднационального характера. Предлагается авторский взгляд отно- сительно специфических особенностей правовой системы Евросоюза.

The article deals with the EU legal system relations with the legal systems of its member states. There have been ways and forms of influence of European law on national. The expansion of the regulatory impact of European Union law on public relations has been pointed out, as well as the increase in the number of normative legal acts of a supranational nature. The author suggests his own view of the peculiarities of the EU legal system.
