Статья посвящена одному из центральных вопросов генезиса общественных договорных отношений в изложении Ветхого Завета. Возникновение правовой традиции отражается в этом источнике как значение божественного закона в жизни людей. Основной идеей Ветхого Завета является подчинение истории человечества и мировых законов Господу Богу. Автор рассматривает в контексте истории права соглашение с Авраамом, договор с Ноем, формы и условия заключения договора Бога с человеком. К наиболее важным моментам политико-правовым идеям Ветхого Завета также отнесены попытки осмысления места человека, системы властных отношений и законов, регулирующих человеческое поведение и общественное развитие в единстве и взаимосвязи отношений власти и законов всех уровней.
The article is devoted to one of the central problems of the Old Testament - God's place in the world, interrelations of God and man, value of the divine law in man's life. The basic idea of the Old Testament is the submission of the history of mankind and world laws to the Lord. In the context of the history of law the author considers the agreement with Abraham, the contract with Noah, forms and conditions of making a contract between God and man. Attempts to comprehend man's position, the system of power and law relationships regulating human behaviour and social development can also be considered as the most important issues of political and legal ideas of the Old Testament.
