Цель. Дать анализ полемики правящих партий Веймарской республики по правовым проблемам в 1919–1921 гг.

Процедура и методы. Ключевым исследовательским методом стал контент-анализ.

Результаты

Результаты. Показаны точки зрения правящих партий по актуальным вопросам конституционного, уголовного и международного права.

Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Раскрыты правовые подходы политических общественных организаций к построению правового государства.

Aim

Aim. To evaluate the political and legal attitudes of prominent representatives of the ruling parties of Weimar Germany in their political and legislative activities.

Methodology

Methodology. Content analysis was a key research method.

Results

Results. The key points of view on topical issues of constitutional, criminal and international law are revealed.

Research implications

Research implications. The study reveals the legal approaches of political public organizations to building a rule of law state.
