Рассмотреть особенности концепции многоуровневого правления как новой формы территориальной организации публичной власти, проанализировать её истоки, предпосылки и перспективы.  </p></sec><sec><title>Процедуры и методы</title><p>Процедуры и методы. Проведён анализ концепции многоуровневого правления с использованием сравнительно-правового метода как основного метода исследования. Были также применены социологический, системный и структурно-функциональный подходы.  </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Выявлены как недостатки концепции многоуровневого правления, так и её значение с точки зрения развития конституционализма и укрепления демократических начал европейской институциональной конструкции.  </p><p>Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Сформулированные выводы имеют значение для понимания характерных черт территориальной организации публичной власти в современном государстве, особенностей взаимодействия различных властных уровней в условиях их усиливающегося взаимовлияния и взаимозависимости, перспектив национальных государств в рамках сложившейся многоуровневой системы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To consider the features of the concept of multilevel governance as a new form of territorial organization of public power, analyze its origins, prerequisites and prospects.  </p></sec><sec><title>Methodology</title><p>Methodology. An analysis of the concept of multilevel governance was made using the comparative legal method as the main research method. Sociological, systemic and structural-functional approaches were also applied.  </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Both the shortcomings of the concept of multilevel governance and its significance from the point of view of the development of constitutionalism and the strengthening of the democratic principles of the European institutional structure were revealed.  </p></sec><sec><title>Research implications</title><p>Research implications.
